Canadian Shield

There is nothing more breathtaking than the beauty of the Canadian Shield.  The intensity and 

colours of the granite, towering white pines that bend and flow in the wind.  Clear 

stone bottom lakes that shimmer and beckon you.  

Quiet Birch

The Quiet Birch Collection was inspired by the mystery that surrounds the beautiful Birch Tree.    As a child, I always pointed them out in a forest and knew that they were different from all the other trees.  As an adult, I learned about  how they served indigenous people and how important those tree were.    Standing in the middle of a grove of Birch Trees brings me inner solitude and gratitude for 'the creator'.    With this collection, I want the viewer to immerse themselves within this peace and tranquility.

Big Sky

I have never been more aware of the sky since I painted seriously.  Every day there is something new, something daunting, something changing and evolving.  I love capturing these changes and interpreting them.
